Agreement to Terms

By using the services of NextGen Tracy Sunrooms & Patios, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services to residential properties in Tracy, CA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability.

Service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule a service with us, we will do our best to arrive during the agreed-upon time window. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment issues, or previous job delays may affect our schedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you to find a new time that works.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installation services come with our workmanship warranty covering defects in installation for one year from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, weather events, or normal wear and tear.

Materials and products we install may come with manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with all warranty documentation and will assist you with any warranty claims during the coverage period.

Liability and Insurance

NextGen Tracy Sunrooms & Patios is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during installation. However, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or sprinkler systems that are not properly marked or disclosed before work begins.

You are responsible for ensuring that all pets and valuable items are secured before we arrive. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in work areas.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our team access to the work areas of your property. You are responsible for ensuring that work areas are accessible and free of obstacles. If access issues prevent us from completing the work, additional trip charges may apply.

Changes to Projects

If you request changes to the project scope after work has begun, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval. Additional charges may apply for design changes, material upgrades, or extra work not included in the original agreement.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain all necessary permits required for your project when applicable. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your project complies with any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or local ordinances beyond building permits. We recommend checking with your HOA before beginning any outdoor construction project.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved through direct communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled according to California law in the county where the work was performed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
